## IT separation programme management across manufacturing plants and offices, with service interruptions within agreed limits.

Two businesses preparing to separate depended on shared IT infrastructure. Establishing distinct services required coordinated changes across manufacturing plants and offices.

The scope covered fibre and telecommunications connections, telephony, media gateways, office wireless networks, data centres and identity and access management.

Programme leadership coordinated technical teams and suppliers across these workstreams. Site requirements, dependencies and operational handovers were brought into a shared plan.

The separation was completed successfully. Service interruptions stayed within the agreed service level agreement limits, with no breaches during the transition.
