# Leading a finance and ERP programme

## SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition programme leadership and PMO setup using SAP Activate, from the Prepare phase onwards.

An airline is replacing its ERP and redesigning financial processes around standard SAP capabilities wherever practical. The programme needs coordinated leadership across business and technical delivery.

The engagement combines programme leadership with establishing the PMO. Work began in the Prepare phase using SAP Activate, putting the delivery structure in place and developing a shared plan for the programme.

The programme has since completed workshops comparing business requirements with standard SAP processes. Their outputs have been consolidated into a comprehensive backlog, with planning completed across the full programme.

Implementation is ongoing. The completed preparation and planning provide the basis for coordinating delivery ahead.
